Payment for tickets must be made prior to boarding the bus at the Office located at the Training Centre

 

Event Day Information:

ATTENDANCE: The buses will be LEAVING the EMFC training facility at 1.00pm sharp.

All participants are asked to arrive for 12.45pm the latest.

OWN TRANSIT: Parents are permitted to use their own transportation, but the ticket price will remain the same.

BOOKINGS are not considered to confirmed until payment is received at EMFC.

WAIVERS: All children under 16 years and non-members will have to complete a waiver to participate within this event

REFUND: No refunds will be offered for this activity

WEATHER: We will be seated on a grassed back behind a goal, so please check the weather and bring extra blankets for comfort.

SPECIAL ROLES: Some players will be selected for two roles; these opportunities will ONLY be offered to members and not guests. They will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.

Player under 12 years – Team walkout with the players

Players U12 and older – Ball retrievers

SUPERVISION – Some coaches will be available for the activity and parents are asked if they are attending to be observant of all the children in our care.

Children under 8 years of age will not be able to attend unless accompanied by an adult parent or guardian.

Unaccompanied children will be placed in a supervisory group and expected to remain in that group at all times.

RETURN – Following the game, all members will return to the bus for the return journey and the anticipated time of arrival back at EMFC will be between 6.00-6.30pm

REFRESHMENTS – There are concessions available at the game, but children are encouraged to attend with any hydration and snacks.

RESPONSIBILITY – Coaches can not be held responsible for any items or money that children may take to the activity

PRE EVENT NOTICE - all participants will receive a final reminder and confirmation prior to the event, through the email in which the booking was made.
