EMFC COACH DEVELOPMENT

EMFC is committed to deploying coaches with a focus upon personal growth, player development and a passion to play the game.
All coaches are required to attain the minimum safe sport and coach requirements as detailed below.
COACH PATHWAYS AT EMFC
EMFC PROGRAM: COACHES
To support and lead community engagement programs based within the EMFC Development centre and at outreach centres.
EMFC TEAM: COACHES
Team coaches will hold an extensive and specific role of supporting the players and parents of specific teams as allocated to represent EMFC within Calgary Minor Soccer Association leagues
EMFC TECHNICAL: COACHES
Technical coaches must be working towards or have attained a minimum C License and will be responsible for delivering technical and tactical development activities in conjunction with the Technical Director and team coaches.
COACH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – INDOOR 2024-2025
All coaches must adhere and pursue personal development opportunities internally (EMFC Coach Circles) and externally (with regional, or provincial sporting organization) to support the deployment within EMFC..
