The voucher system is a system put in place to reward International Eastside Soccer Club (IESC) members in good standing, that have contributed positively to the betterment of the club and its members. Voucher to have a valid date of no more than one year from date of issue.

• Vouchers have no cash value
• Voucher can only be used for IESC expenses, registration, club approved apparel and equipment purchase through the IESC approved store (Kick’s Sports)

 

* The voucher amount for working at Club “AM” bingos from Monday thru Friday (10:45AM – 3:30PM) will be $80.00

* The voucher amount for working at Club “PM” bingos Monday thru Friday (4:45PM – 9:45PM) will be $65.00

* The voucher amount for working Club bingos on weekends will be $65.00

* Bingos that fall on a statutory holiday, the voucher amount will be $65.00

* The voucher amount for working a club casino will be $135.00 per shift

 

** Any voucher will remain the property of the Eastside Soccer Club if in case the member has outstanding debt to the club. The voucher amount will firstly be applied to the debt outstanding.

 

Only the following persons will have the authority to issue vouchers:

• Club Bingo Chairperson
• Club Treasurer
• Club President
• Club Casino Chairperson

*  White copy of voucher MUST be presented when redeeming, NO EXCEPTIONS

 

ACCEPTED PROGRAMS THAT QUALIFY FOR VOUCHERS:

• IESC sponsored Bingo events.
• IESC sponsored Casino events
• IESC sponsored Registration
• IESC authorized expenses in lieu of reasonable labor and material expenses

 

ACCEPTED CLUB EXPENSES THAT QUALIFY FOR CASH WAGES TO BE ISSUED IN LIEU OF VOUCHERS:

*  General labor where it is unreasonable for safety reasons, equipment availability and non-members status @ a rate to be determined by majority vote of Club Executive.
